We received the official message of The SM Store regarding the “price tag” issue  about claims that some items on sale at SM are actually cheaper when tagged with their regular price. This started when a costumer posted online images of yellow SM bar code stickers peeled off the items she bought.  It indicated a higher price when compared to the original/ regular price prior to the sale. Let’s read what SM has to say:
In reference to the price tag photo circulating in social media, we are sorry for the misunderstanding. We would like to assure the public that the price indicated on the tag is correct. The old price tag used came from another item, and is not referring to the promo item itself. This can be seen from the different item codes indicated on the individual price tags. The SM STORE affirms that we will continue to uphold value for money and integrity at all times. Thank you.
