For the curious souls, Ukokkei is the “more expensive” chicken meat of the Japanese said to be is highly nutritious and more delicious compared with other chicken meat.

(1) Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen (Rich, milky, pork-bone tonkotsu broth and rather thin, non-curly and resilient noodles) / (2) Tempura (seafood or vegetables that have been battered and deep fried) / (3) Gelato (different ice cream flavors to choose from) / (4) Ebi Mango Maki (Ramen Daisho’s own rendition of flavorful ebi fry wrapped with seaweed and rice. The whole roll is topped with mango.
