Converge ICT Solutions, the country´s premier fiber internet provider, announced its ongoing campaign of building the future of Philippine internet to an audience of international tech entrepreneurs and industry magnates, with major media groups in a press conference held at EDSA Shangri-La recently.
The announcement was tuned in to the inspiring talk given by Converge President and Chief Executive Officer, Dennis Anthony Uy. Having forged a strong circle of new partnerships to help build a future-ready fiber backbone for the country, Converge ICT revealed the details and current status of its nationwide rollout.
“We have set our sights to bring the best internet connectivity by starting in Metro Manila and some key provinces in Luzon. By going nationwide, we can do more rollouts and more installations in other islands in the Philippines, helping more people connect with one another through our infrastructure,” Uy shared passionately.
The company´s strategic partnership with Korea Telecoms, LSI-Fibernet Konstruk Corporation, and TE Connectivity Subcom will pave the way towards securing and strengthening the necessary infrastructure for consumer-grade and enterprise-level fiber internet market, helping provide an advanced and reliable backbone of connectivity for the Philippines.
