Music fans come in all ages.
With the various gadgets made available in the market today, children are growing with these technologies with them. Now this raises some concerns for parents not just about the social lives of their kids but also the physical activities of the young ones.
But whether we like it or not, these gadgets are here to stay. Thus, the best we can do is to make sure that they are safe and comfortable with what they are using. Take for example the headphones. For hours, children are preoccupied watching videos while wearing a headset on. Will this affect his hearing in the long run?
Even without doctor’s advice, one can tell that the child’s sense of hearing is at risk. The good news is that JBL, in partnership with Harman International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., has introduced in the Philippines the JBL Jr. headphones designed for kids ages 3 to 12 years old.
Harman Country Manager Larry Secreto said, “We’re excited to launch a headphone specifically designed for our youngest audience. The industry has invested exhaustive resources in a broad range of headphones to meet adult preferences, but children’s headphones have fallen short of the same high quality caliber. With the JBL Jr. line, we used JBL’s 70 years of audio heritage to build a quality line of headphones specifically designed for children so they can experience all the beauty that music can bring while giving parents peace of mind in safety and ergonomics.”
The JBL Jr. series is kid-friendly and will not damage the child’s sense of hearing. Made available are the wired JBL JR300 and the JBL JR300BT with Bluetooth 4.0 comes equipped with the JBL Safe Sound feature which assures that the volume level is safe for little ears by allowing maximum sound at 85dB.
Safe, lightweight and sized for kids, the JBL JR300 headphones are specially crafted to bring legendary JBL sound and fun to even the youngest music enthusiasts. It brings in comfort with custom designed soft padded headband and ear cushions for a feathery fit. Children will also have fun customizing the headphones with the stickers included in the box.
